Marketplace Seller Policy
Rules for individuals and businesses selling their own items on Mondo.
What the Marketplace is
The Mondo Marketplace lets individuals and businesses in Barbados list their own items for sale to other users. Mondo provides the platform and payment processing only. Mondo is not the seller, does not own or inspect Marketplace items, and is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.

Who can sell
You must be 18 or older, live or operate in Barbados, and give accurate contact and payout details. Mondo may ask you to verify your identity and may refuse, suspend or remove any seller or listing at its discretion.
Your responsibilities
You must own the item, have the right to sell it, and describe it honestly — including its condition (new, used or refurbished), any faults, and real photos of the actual item.
You are responsible for the item's legality, safety and quality, for delivering it or handing it over as agreed, for any warranty you offer, and for any taxes, licences or duties that apply to your sales.
Keep all payments on Mondo. Asking buyers to pay outside Mondo checkout is not allowed and removes all Mondo protection.
Fees and payouts
Mondo charges the seller fee shown when you create a listing, deducted from the sale price. Payouts are released after the buyer confirms receipt or the buyer protection period ends without a dispute.
Mondo may hold, reverse or deduct payouts for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, suspected fraud or breaches of these policies.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify RYDR Global against any claims, losses, fines or costs arising from your listings, your items, your dealings with buyers or your breach of these policies or the law.
Prohibited items
You must not list anything in the Prohibited Items Policy.
