Who we are

RYDR Global is responsible for personal data collected on www.shopmondo.online.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you create an account, order, or list items on the Marketplace; your order and listing history; messages you send us; and, if you choose, your email for deal newsletters.

Basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not collect or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide customer service, send order updates, run the Marketplace, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal obligations, and — only if you opted in — send you offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with the partner store and delivery partner fulfilling your order, with our payment processor, and with a Marketplace buyer or seller you trade with. We may disclose data where required by law or to prevent fraud. We never sell your personal data.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your data. We keep order and payment records for as long as required by Barbados law and delete other data when it is no longer needed.
