Secure transmission

Every page on our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection.

Card payments are processed by PowerTranz, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are sent over an encrypted connection and passed straight to PowerTranz to authorise the payment. Mondo never stores your full card number or security code — only the last four digits are kept so you can recognise the payment.

3D Secure

Payments are protected by Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code or in your banking app.

Receipts

Receipts never show your full card number. Each transaction has a unique order number and authorisation code for your records.

Stay safe

Mondo will never ask for your card number, PIN or password by phone, email or message. Marketplace payments should only be made through Mondo checkout — never by bank transfer or cash to someone you have not met.
