About us

RYDR Global ("Mondo", "we", "us") owns and operates www.shopmondo.online, located at Horse Hill, St. Joseph, Barbados.

Mondo is an online reseller and marketplace for new consumer goods — including electronics and computers, phones and accessories, home and kitchen, furniture, baby products, sports and nutrition, office supplies, music equipment and more. We do not manufacture any product we sell. Products are sourced from independent Barbados suppliers ("partner stores"), and each product page names the store supplying it.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our role as a reseller

When you buy an item sold by Mondo, Mondo is the seller and merchant of record: you pay Mondo, and we arrange for the partner store to supply the item. Partner stores are independent businesses, not agents or branches of Mondo.

Product names, photos, descriptions, specifications and stock levels are supplied by partner stores and manufacturers. We take reasonable care to show them accurately but do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Photos are for illustration; packaging and colours may vary.

Manufacturer warranties are given by the manufacturer, not by Mondo. See our Warranty Policy.

Prices and currency

All prices and transactions are in Barbados dollars (BBD) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice until you place an order.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order or contact you before dispatch; if you choose not to pay the correct price you will receive a full refund.

Orders and availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and the partner store confirms the item is available.

For items shipped from a partner store, your card may be authorised (held) when you order and charged only once the store confirms availability. If the item is unavailable we will cancel the order and release the hold or refund you in full. Our liability for an unavailable item is limited to that refund.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale in commercial quantities, or incorrect pricing or stock information.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to place an order or sell on Mondo. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Barbados, Mondo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits, business or use, arising from any product or from use of this website.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Barbados consumer protection law, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for backing up data before handing in any device for return, repair or warranty service. Mondo is not responsible for data lost from a device.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping or customs delays, storms, power or internet outages, strikes or government action.

Website use and content

You may not misuse the site, including by scraping, attempting to access other accounts or systems, interfering with its operation, or posting unlawful content. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify products and partner stores.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Export restrictions

Products are sold for delivery within Barbados only. Some products, such as encryption-enabled networking equipment, may be subject to export control laws and must not be re-exported in breach of those laws.

Other policies

Our Returns & Refunds, Delivery, Warranty, Privacy and Payment Security policies — and, if you buy or sell on the Mondo Marketplace, the Marketplace policies — form part of these terms. We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies to that order.

Governing law and contact
