Prohibited Items & Community Rules

Items not allowed

Stolen goods or items you cannot prove you own; counterfeit, replica or unauthorised copies of branded products; pirated software, cracked or modified devices meant to bypass licences or carrier locks; phones or devices that are blacklisted, finance-locked or iCloud/Google-locked.

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products, medicines, adult content, animals, recalled or unsafe products, hacking tools, surveillance devices used to spy on people, personal data, and anything illegal in Barbados.

Community rules

Be honest and respectful. No harassment, discrimination, spam, fake reviews, misleading prices, or listings that are not for a real item for sale.

Do not share other people's personal information, and do not use Mondo messages to arrange payment outside Mondo.

Enforcement

Mondo may remove listings, hold payouts, suspend or permanently close accounts, and report illegal activity to the Royal Barbados Police Force. To report a listing or user, contact us at support@shopmondo.online or (246) 433-3710 (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm).
